Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage all facets of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the highest quality candidates
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
  • Establish a positive and productive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure fairness and equity
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to senior management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong people-oriented skills and results-driven attitude
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
