About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist who can help us expand our reach in the education sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to capture these leads, and ensuring seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the education market to identify potential areas for growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture leads from top colleges and universities
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions
- Craft proposals that meet client requirements and facilitate the signing of MOUs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards meeting revenue targets
- Contribute to maintaining a positive brand image within the education sector
Essential Skills:
- Proven sales expertise and ability to work independently
- A strong network within the education sector
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the service industry is an asset
Compensation Package: Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
