About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled textile designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable fashion products.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced textile designer to work directly with artisan clusters on design development and product innovation. The successful candidate will plan and execute festive and retail collections, coordinate sampling and production timelines, and travel regularly to field sites to ensure timely design interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new textile products that meet modern retail standards while preserving traditional craftsmanship.
  • Work closely with artisans to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Textile Design or related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in textile design or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
