About Saantha

Saantha is a sustainable fashion brand working with 2000+ artisans across Jharkhand, reviving Santhali embroidery, handloom weaving, block printing, and hand painting . Recognized by NITI Aayog as one of India's Top 15 innovative initiatives , we are building contemporary collections inspired by local art forms of Jharkhand.

Position: Designer (Field & Cluster Work)
  • Location: Jamshedpur (initially, with travel to Ranchi and artisan clusters)
  • Salary: ₹25,000–30,000 per month
  • Qualification: NIFT graduate (Textile Design/Fashion Design/Apparel Production preferred)
  • Experience: 1–2 years (freshers with strong field interest can apply)
Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with artisan clusters on design development & product innovation
  • Plan and execute festive & retail collections (sarees, kurta sets, dresses, co-ords, coats & blazers)
  • Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and SKU planning
  • Travel regularly to field sites, ensuring timely design interventions
  • Bridge artisan craft skills with modern retail design needs
