Job Opportunity – Designer (NIFT Graduate)

Santha is a sustainable fashion brand that collaborates with 2000+ artisans across Jharkhand, reviving Santhali embroidery, handloom weaving, block printing, and hand painting.

We are recognized by NITI Aayog as one of India's Top 15 innovative initiatives. We create contemporary collections inspired by local art forms of Jharkhand.

  • Designer (Field & Cluster Work)

Jamshedpur (initially, with travel to Ranchi and artisan clusters)

Qualifications:

NIFT graduate (Textile Design/Fashion Design/Apparel Production preferred)

Experience:

1–2 years (freshers with strong field interest can apply)

Responsibilities:
  1. Work directly with artisan clusters on design development & product innovation
  2. Plan and execute festive & retail collections (sarees, kurta sets, dresses, co-ords, coats & blazers)
  3. Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and SKU planning
  4. Travel regularly to field sites, ensuring timely design interventions
  5. Bridge artisan craft skills with modern retail design needs
About the Role:

You will be part of a recognized social impact brand reviving rare tribal crafts.

Hands-on exposure in craft cluster development and retail product design.
