Designer Position

  • Location: Jamshedpur (with travel to Ranchi and artisan clusters)
  • Position: Designer (Field & Cluster Work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs in collaboration with artisan clusters, focusing on product innovation and cultural heritage preservation
  • Plan and execute seasonal collections that incorporate local art forms and meet retail standards
  • Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and SKU planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Regularly visit field sites to facilitate design interventions and support artisans in developing their skills
  • Bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern retail requirements
