Job Title: Fashion Designer (Full-Time) – SaanthaLocation: Jamshedpur/Ranchi, JharkhandSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)Working Days: Monday to SaturdayWebsite: SaanthaSaantha is a sustainable fashion brand working with over 2000+ artisans across Jharkhand, specializing in handloom sarees and handcrafted apparel. We aim to revive traditional crafts and present them in contemporary designs for modern customers.Role & Responsibilities:Plan seasonal & festival-wise SKUs (sarees, kurta sets, ethnic wear).Create sketches & digital designs (using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).Ensure timely sample development & bulk production with tailors & artisans.Conduct trend & fabric research to design innovative ethnic collections.Manage design documentation – SKU sheets, mood boards, presentations.Coordinate with production teams for timely launches & exhibitions .Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT/PEARL/Equivalent preferred).1–3 years of experience in ethnic wear / handloom / sustainable fashion .Proficiency in design software & sketching .Strong sense of color, fabric, and ethnic silhouettes.Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end design cycle .What We Offer:Creative freedom to design festival & season-based collections .Opportunity to work directly with artisan clusters in Jharkhand .Exposure to premium craft-based fashion retail .Growth opportunities with an expanding brand.
