  • Develop seasonal product lines for festivals and special occasions.
  • Create original sketches and digital designs using advanced software like CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ensure timely production by coordinating with local tailors and artisans.
  • Conduct research on fabrics and trends to create unique and innovative designs.
  • Manage design documentation, including SKU sheets, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve successful launches and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a reputable institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, particularly in ethnic wear and sustainable fashion.
  • Proficiency in design software and sketching skills.
  • Strong understanding of colors, fabrics, and cultural silhouettes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
