  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
    • Analyze workspace requirements and translate them into actionable plans that meet client expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Design Conceptualization:
    • Formulate innovative design concepts integrating comprehensive space planning, thoughtfully curated color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
    • Craft compelling presentations to proficiently communicate design ideas and inspire stakeholders.
  • Space Planning and Layout:
    • Devise efficient and dynamic space plans, accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client values.
    • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
  • Material Selection and Specification:
    • Curate and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align seamlessly with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards, integrating eco-conscious choices that resonate with contemporary environmental imperatives and client values.
  • Budget Management:
    • Create project budgets and timelines, and work within budget constraints to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
    • Source and procure materials and furnishings within established budgets.
  • Project Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes.
    • Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and nurture a high-performing team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Quality Control:
    • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and conditions.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the design is being implemented as planned and meets quality standards.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture/interior design or a related field.
    • Experience in leading client pitches and managing design projects.
    • Minimum 7-12 years of experience working on workplace design projects & managing a team.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Project management experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
