We are seeking an accomplished Workplace Designer to join our team, with a passion for crafting exceptional workspaces that balance aesthetics and functionality. Your ability to combine creative vision with technical expertise will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will lead the design process, working closely with clients, project managers, and architects to deliver bespoke workspaces that meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing innovative workspace designs, leading a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive space plans, integrating workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client goals.
  • Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and articulate presentations to proficiently communicate design concepts.

Requirements include a degree in architecture or interior design, a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects, and proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
