Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead high-impact transformation projects with global enterprises. This is a client-facing leadership role that requires you to optimize frameworks, improve processes, and mentor delivery teams to ensure world-class outcomes.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for experienced project managers from system integrator backgrounds who have a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise or big tech projects.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires you to lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Building and managing high-value client relationships to ensure stakeholder trust and satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Mentoring and guiding teams to drive efficiency and quality
  • Acting as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI)
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO
