Senior Procurement Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to lead procurement transformation initiatives, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

  • Lead and manage Coupa and Ariba implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting, with strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
  • A proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations and support projects.
  • A strong understanding of procurement processes and the S2P lifecycle.
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
