  • Drive a complete IT transformation from strategy to execution, redefining our IT landscape as a competitive advantage.
  • Demonstrate quantifiable impact in Cost Reduction by optimizing IT spend, showcasing clear ROI, Quality Improvement by drastically reducing defects and enhancing service delivery, Performance Enhancement by directly impacting EBITDA through IT-driven efficiencies.
  • Champion Innovation with AI & Automation, leading the charge in implementing cutting-edge automation and AI/ML solutions, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency while unlocking new business value.
  • Build a Strategic IT Function by realigning IT with core business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and establishing robust governance.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years progressive IT leadership experience, at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations.
  • Proven hands-on experience working within smaller agile organizational structures.
  • A track record transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality, and performance.
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and practical application of AI/ML within IT, driving business value.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
  • Extensive experience supporting IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
