Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
