
Technical Relationship Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Deployment Officer. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy.
- Product & Customer Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers building trust-based relationships
- Understand each client's business requirements and configure their account
- Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites
- Conduct training sessions for staff
- Share best practices to help businesses maximize the value of our platform
- Provide remote and on-site support ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers
- Take ownership of user issues track tickets collaborate with engineering and report on root causes
- Escalate critical issues promptly coordinating with internal teams for resolution
- Communicate with users in clear friendly and professional language
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions
- Delight customers and turn them into brand ambassadors
You'll thrive if you have
- 0–2 years of experience in software deployment technical support or account management in POS or SaaS domains
- Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting systems networks
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language
- Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
- Strong problem-solving skills independent thinking and ability to work under pressure
- Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for visits
- Passion for technology customer success and delivering great experiences
