Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Distribution Sales Strategist to join our Global Application Tooling Division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and increasing market share within distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution channel and overall day-to-day business relationship between TE and strategic key distributors
  • Collaborate with other TE BU's and align with overall Channel BU market focus
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop ideas/sales leads for new products, extensions of existing products, and new sales channels for application tooling within TE's strategic key distributors

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical management
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation communication skills
