Electron Microscopy Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Electron Microscopy business in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and revenue expansion in the Electron Microscopy market in India.
- Lead a team of senior regional commercial managers and frontline sales personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive long-term revenue generation and business partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to develop targeted strategies based on customer and product segmentation.
- Establish and maintain processes and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with teams from various departments, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to develop processes that prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Travel domestically at least 50%-60% of the time to build and maintain customer relationships and establish connections with senior leadership and distributors.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience; MS, MBA, or equivalent helpful.
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in long & short sales cycle instruments/equipment/life science research/scientific products in relevant market sectors.
- At least 7-8 years of experience leading a regional/national sales team.
- Proficiency in sales CRM platforms preferred.
