As a Senior Business Development Manager in India, you will be part of a diverse, passionate team dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry. Your key responsibility will be to manage frauds across various channels.

Job Summary:

Identify and develop sales opportunities for ACI Worldwide's payments and fraud management products and services in India, UAE, Oman, and assigned territories or industry verticals. Establish relationships, secure contracts, and achieve an individual annual sales quota. Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Channel Managers, and Product Specialists to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and sell ACI's full line of payments and fraud management products and services to current and prospective customers in assigned territories or industry verticals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, emphasizing effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Partner with internal and external business and technical teams to identify technology solutions.
  4. Establish sales strategies and mobilize ACI resources to close opportunities.
  5. Manage administrative tasks, including account profiles, sales pipeline records, and prospective customer organization charts, adhering to ACI's sales best practices.
  6. Stay updated on ACI products, enhancements, competitive activities, and industry trends.
  7. Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies, including the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in sales of technology products and services.
  • Experience in the BFSI domain, with relationships in private and public sector banks, and fintechs.
  • Knowledge of payment processing and fraud management is beneficial.
  • Ability to construct business cases for new logos.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of ACI's marketed products and solutions is an asset.
