Accounting Professional - Invoicing Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to oversee our invoicing process and ensure timely payment from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate, validate, and process invoices for real estate transactions, including project sales, rentals, leases, and other services.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements, payment schedules, and company policies.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, legal, and finance to gather and verify relevant data for billing.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and the company for billing inquiries, payment confirmations, and dispute resolution.
  5. Track and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  6. Prepare periodic billing and financial reports for management review.
  7. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the invoicing process to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
  8. Implement best practices and innovative tools to maintain high-quality billing standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably in the real estate domain.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high accuracy and completeness in billing and documentation.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate billing systems or financial software.
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts, agreements, and legal terms.
