Key Operations Role:

We are seeking a diligent operations specialist to manage vendor partnerships, ensure timely delivery of goods/services, and support smooth operational processes.

This role demands strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements, and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor databases, contracts, and operational documents.
  • Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  • Assist in preparing management information reports and operational dashboards.
  • Guarantee adherence to established policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
