Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist
Sponsorship sales professionals play a pivotal role in the success of any business. As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating opportunities with potential sponsors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify key partners and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that showcase the value of partnering with our organization.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation, follow up on prospects, and track progress towards conversion.
- Coordinate execution of partner commitments, including branding, digital assets, event activations, and hospitality experiences.
- Ensure seamless delivery of sponsor benefits, maintain asset usage records, and provide regular updates to the sponsorship team.
- Assist with onboarding new partners, coordinate hospitality activities, and manage in-stadium branding initiatives.
- Support match-day events, ensuring a positive experience for partners and efficiently handling on-ground requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day sponsor queries and requests.
- Help facilitate review meetings and gather feedback from partners to inform future engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster renewal discussions and drive long-term growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, track deliverables, and prepare periodic reports and ROI updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or client servicing (sports, events, or media industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is highly desirable.
