Job Summary

As a Channel Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our NextWave partner program. This position requires strong operational support skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the Global Ecosystem Operations team, particularly by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between the Global Ecosystem Operations team and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
  • Lead and support business process improvements through defining, implementing, and enabling new processes.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.
  • Assist with tool maintenance and data clean-up projects (e.g., SFDC hygiene).
Requirements:
  • Relevant 4+ years of experience managing, investigating, and resolving high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or similar technology.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with solid verbal, written, and presentation skills for all levels within the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on projects involving G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC.
