Protect Your Organization from Cyber Threats with Our Regional Cybersecurity Officer Role

Job Description:

This challenging position requires a seasoned leader to oversee and enhance the cybersecurity posture of one or multiple countries or subsidiaries within a defined region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to established standards, and implementing cutting-edge security measures to safeguard our organization's assets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as primary point of contact for all cybersecurity matters within the region
  • Functionally manage Site Cybersecurity Officers to ensure awareness and adherence to security standards
  • Deploy and improve our Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP) across the region
  • Coordinate cybersecurity incidents, providing swift resolution with Site Cybersecurity Officers and the Group CIRT
  • Deliver regular reporting on cybersecurity-related matters to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of our ISSP and Group Cybersecurity programs
  • Act as a delegate for the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
  • Experience working in an international company in a multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS)
  • Technical expertise in areas such as malware, patch management, firewalling, infrastructure, networks, systems, databases, and applications
  • Proven team management experience
