- Demonstrable examples of successful growth for previous organisations that candidate would have worked with.
- Eye for design and empathy.
- Commanding negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, PowerPoint.
- Persistent and go-getter attitude.
