Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance revenue growth. This includes creating and executing sales plans, building partnerships, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain contact with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to gain knowledge of their drug development programs and promote services like Clinical Operations, Data Services, Scientific Writing, and Clinical Data Management.
  • Create a strategy for enhancing business opportunities through entering newer lines of business, geographies, and markets to drive business growth.
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including drug development programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
