- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills to secure new business opportunities.
