
Business Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the business operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of all business activities.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, peers, and external partners, to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business Administration or Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including agreement drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):
- Drafting, vetting and negotiating various kinds of agreements within India and cross border.
- Exposure to Statutory Compliances, Litigation and Intellectual Property law would be advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills and business and financial acumen.
- Strong communications and drafting skills, including the ability to draft high quality agreements and other documents.
- Well-versed in how business operates in high degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas.
- Ability to have influence across all levels of the business including peers and senior management, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, have good judgement and sound risk mitigating skills.
