
Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our sales team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales and business development, with a proven track record of engaging and converting global partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target international partners, including corporates, accelerators, universities, governments, and innovation agencies.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with accurate opportunity tracking and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and customize partner solutions.
- Ensure contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition in coordination with Finance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
- CRM-savvy with strong pipeline tracking skills.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic international environments.
