Job Title: Global Brand Expansion Leader

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Expansion Leader to lead the expansion of international consumer brands in Kochi, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow brand presence across markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail platforms
  • Lead pricing, negotiation, forecasting, and reporting for global sales growth
  • Recruit and manage a team of professionals responsible for expanding global brands
  • Organise participation in international trade fairs and promotional events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales & marketing leadership roles, preferably in industries such as electronics, FMCG, or camping
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and building global brands
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, and international business development
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for international business and global product expansion
