Business Growth Manager Role

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the expansion of our commercial operations across allocated countries. Your primary objective will be to augment market penetration and achieve sales targets by strategically managing existing partners and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with existing partners to expand sales channels and acquire new customers.
  2. Negotiate favorable pricing and costs with partners to ensure optimal profitability for the company.
  3. Pursue new opportunities with Ministries of Health to secure special approvals and NOCs for emergency supplies.
  4. Ensure seamless order delivery by coordinating closely with the Supply Chain Management team.
  5. Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to guarantee timely receipt of payments.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Provide marketing support in assigned countries to enhance our brand image through conferences and promotional activities.
  2. Identify and recommend new products from our portfolio to drive expansion and growth in sales.
  3. Oversee the execution and monitoring of sales orders to maintain smooth operations.
  4. Optimize costs on every order to complement profitability targets.

Required Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable business school, preferably with a specialization in international business.

Essential Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharmaceutical company, handling complex regions and having 1-2 years of on-field exposure.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Unit's backend processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
