We are seeking a Commercial Proposal Specialist to lead the preparation, development, and submission of competitive commercial proposals and bids.

The role will be responsible for ensuring proposals align with business objectives, meet client requirements, and maximize win probability.

This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling and compliant commercial submissions.

  • Lead the end-to-end management of proposal creation, from initial request for proposal (RFP) analysis to submission.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, technical, and finance teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Evaluate compliance with client requirements, contractual terms, and internal policies.
  • Draft, structure, and review commercial content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials to streamline future submissions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to improve proposal effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments for each proposal and ensure mitigation plans are documented.
  • Coordinate timely approvals from stakeholders before submission deadlines.
  • Track proposal outcomes, win/loss ratios, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 5-8 years' experience in proposals, bid management or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of proposals tools and software is a plus.
