Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and submitting proposals for government contracts.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for researching and understanding government contracting requirements, developing proposal strategies, and creating high-quality written content.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, including experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI management, bid management, capture management, and sales collateral development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales and proposal writing
  • Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate and get required information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution/proposal
  • Hands-on experience in proposal writing
