Data Governance Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve shaping the future of cybersecurity, working fast, and valuing ongoing learning.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and automation.
  • Manage and communicate optimization projects end-to-end.
  • Maintain steady progress on open projects.
  • Provide effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project progress.
  • Consult with downstream teams on impact analysis of proposed projects.
  • Manage complex issues and escalations.
  • Design and build reporting and data visualizations for monitoring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Evaluate mass data analysis and updates of account information to increase data accuracy.
  • Enforce data standards, policies, and processes.
  • Execute regular data maintenance and validation activities.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
  • Ability to communicate and lead optimization projects.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Operations and IT.
  • Ability to pick up new tools and business processes.
  • Interest in data maintenance and governance.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Organized individual who can operate independently in solving complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for internal collaboration.
  • Experience with SFDC is required.
  • Experience working with Google Suite or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
