Senior Loan Recovery Specialist

A key member of our team, you will oversee the recovery and management of secured and unsecured loan portfolios. You will formulate strategies to recover loans in a timely manner.
- You will work closely with external vendors, empaneled law firms, and internal departments to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Your role requires analyzing situations under applicable laws, including the SARFAESI Act, DRT, PSS Act, Lok Adalat, IBC, and other relevant laws.
- You will be responsible for advising on actions such as property repossession, debt collection, and dispute resolution.
In addition, you will also focus on coordinating the preparation and filing of legal documents, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies for recovering secured and unsecured loans.
- Collaborate with external partners to drive results and meet targets.
- Monitor and review performance metrics to optimize operations.
