Senior Loan Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating loan closings and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with the credit, sales, and legal departments to ensure that all loan documents are accurate and compliant. This will involve reviewing and preparing complex loan documents, as well as performing customer and loan diligence.
Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating risks and devising strategies to mitigate documentation risk. You will also provide guidance and training to peers and collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in commercial loan closing or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
