Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Lending Services division as a Loan Operations Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Manager/Assistant Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review commercial loan documentation, including attorney-prepared and Laser Pro-prepared documents, for key terms and accuracy.
  • Enter loan details into the ACBS system of record, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Understand and interpret credit approval documents and applicable credit write-ups to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Navigate complex loan structures and large transactions with ease.
  • Properly transact offsets within the Loan General Ledger system to account for fees and loan offsets at booking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-12 years' experience in Commercial Loan Servicing across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans.
  • Deep understanding of Lending Services life cycle, Loan Agreements, security agreements, and other loan documents.
  • Expert knowledge of ACBS Loan Management System and its applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex loan scenarios.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
