Commercial Loan Closing Specialist Role

This position is an opportunity to excel in commercial loan closing and ensure smooth transactions.

  • Manage pre-close documents for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate all aspects of loan closings, including communication with stakeholders and relevant parties.
  • Perform thorough customer, loan, and regulatory diligence to mitigate risks.
  • Accurately evaluate and upload data into systems of record, maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Review and prepare complex loan documents, guaranteeing adherence to required standards.
  • Collaborate with the Credit, Sales, and Legal departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve desired outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial loan closing or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and training to peers on commercial loan closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
