Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner.

You will be working closely with the team to develop and implement best practices in loan operations related processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organizational behavior and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade closing and settlement functions
  • Ensure accurate static setup of clients in Loan IQ system
  • Review trade documentation and pricing letters
  • Publish daily MIS reports
  • Cash reconciliation and investigation
  • Resolve post-settlement issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduation degree in finance
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in operations, investment banking experience a plus
  • Flexible with shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Understanding of organizational behavior and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of LMA (Loan Market Association) market
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of syndicated loan market and secondary loan trading
  • Ability to implement tasks and projects with minimal supervision
