Loan Operations Expert

This role is responsible for overseeing loan servicing transactions and trading activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operational oversight of loan servicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise deal setup, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, funding, rate-fixings, fees, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation processes.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the team's core objectives in line with the global operations roadmap.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in new loan setup, loan servicing, and back-office work.
- Strong knowledge of Loan IQ (LS2) skills.
- Excellent understanding of deal origination and syndication processes.
