Senior Legal Executive Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our organization at BHIVE Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisted in preparation for trials and hearings, including drafting notices, plaintiffs, written statements, synopsis, and organizing evidence and exhibits.
  • Collaborated with external counsels, including senior advocates and their teams, on case strategy and pleadings.
  • Maintained cause-lists trackers and kept management updated on the status of cases.
  • Maintained and organized legal files and documentation.
  • Attended hearings and took adjournments/certified copies as needed, handled authorities visiting our premises, visited police stations to file cases/FIRs, etc.
  • Coordinated end-to-end processes for registering agreements in sub-registrar offices.
  • Perused notices received from customers, police, government departments, vendors, etc., and drafted responses by coordinating with relevant departments, represented before authorities as in-house counsel.
  • Actively coordinated with other functional areas for day-to-day legal matters such as issuance of notices, recovery of payments, disciplinary actions, etc.

To excel in this role, you should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be up-to-date on legal trends and developments relevant to practice areas by researching relevant statutes, regulations, and case laws.
