A leading client of Empower Resources requires Corporate Communication Specialist for a German based MNC

JD: To manage the companys brand communication strategy while ensuring its effective execution on digital platforms, particularly its effective execution on digital platforms, particularly the corporate website. The Manager of Corporate Communications will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the companys reputation, engage key stakeholders, and ensure a consistent brand message. This role will work closely with senior leadership to align messaging with company objectives. To identify and create integrated media opportunities for brands so as to enhance brand imagery, visibility and credibility to build desired brand opinions and influence consumer behavior.
• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies across multiple channels, including media relations, public relations, internal communications, and social media.
• Craft and manage the company's external communications, including press releases, interviews, and media kits.
• Collaborate with leadership to create internal communications that engage employees and support company culture.
• Manage crisis communication and ensure the organization is prepared with messaging for potential challenges.
• Lead media outreach efforts and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
• Analyze communication metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Webpage Development & Management
• Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the corporate website
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and IT to ensure website reflects brand guidelines
• Create, upload, and update web content (text, images, videos, downloadable resources)
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility compliance, and SEO best practices
• Monitor site analytics to track user engagement and recommend improvements.
• Implement feedback from corporate communication strategy into website updates.
