Trainee Attorney

A dynamic and motivated individual is sought to join our General Corporate team in Delhi. As a trainee associate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal work and develop your skills in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.

About the Role:

• Drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and agreements
• Assisting with corporate compliance matters
• Preparing legal advisories and research notes
• Supporting corporate due diligence exercises
• Conducting trademark searches and filing applications
• Collaborating with team members on client deliverables

Requirements:

• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Delhi with immediate joining.
