Legal Manager Job in Real Estate Industry

As a Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate business. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough legal due diligence on properties, including analyzing local laws and regulations.

  • Conducting Legal Due-Diligence: You will research and analyze local laws and regulations related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Drafting Agreements: You will draft various agreements, including Joint Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, and Power of Attorney, among others.

  • Coordination with Solicitors: You will coordinate with solicitors, advocates, and legal consultants to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
