Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead workforce planning and resource allocation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement in workforce management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures related to workforce management.
  • Conduct regular audits of workforce allocations and provide recommendations for adjustments.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring timely onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on workforce management tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on workforce management and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret workforce data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and workforce management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to workforce management.
