Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate new hires' transition into the company. Coordinate orientation sessions, training materials, and support systems to guarantee a smooth adaptation process.
- HR Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in both digital and physical formats. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations regarding data protection and confidentiality.
