
Expert Workforce Analyst

Our ideal candidate for the Workforce Management position is an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in workforce planning and scheduling.
About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled analyst to implement optimal resource allocation strategies, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel.
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of capacity planning, scheduling, and rostering, enabling them to develop effective workforce management processes.
- This role requires analyzing staffing levels and comparing actual to projected staffing hours to measure the effectiveness of scheduling practices.
- The ideal candidate will review projected performance for sites on a near-term basis and identify areas for improvement, recommending adjustments to optimize productivity.
- They will develop and review requirements for production headcount based on forecasting information and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shrinkage.
- This includes taking corrective action on over or under analysis and recommending schedule changes, reskilling, or realignment of agents across sites.
- The analyst will also analyze daily and intraday patterns to support requests for vacation time, overtime, or personal time off, ensuring seamless workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement skill-based scheduling for in-house agents.
- Define agent roles based on skills and proficiencies.
- Analyze staffing levels and compare actual to projected staffing hours.
- Review projected performance for sites and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and review requirements for production headcount.
- Take corrective action on over or under analysis.
- Analyze daily and intraday patterns.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning and scheduling.
