Job Overview

Mintifi is a fintech company that has developed an innovative supply chain financing platform. The company offers data-driven solutions to help businesses manage their finances more effectively.

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team in Eluru and Kakinada branches. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver month-on-month targets on Micro LAP Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income, and Portfolio Health.
  • Manage client engagements and originate new business opportunities in line with organizational policies.
  • Drive client acceptance, loan documentation, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the branch's sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring highest level of conduct, integrity, and transparency in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing a portfolio range of 30 lakhs to 1 cr and ticket size- 5 lakhs to 1 cr.
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to sales managers and other team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years in LAP business.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain finance concepts, industry practices, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales execution and business development skills.

We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools is also required. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area is necessary.
