Project Director

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to drive strategic business objectives.

  • Coordinate multifaceted project initiatives, including team management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Define and refine project scope, objectives, and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor and control project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, leveraging expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 8-15 years' experience in IT software industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and related software tools.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret complex reports, flowcharts, and action plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
