Program Lead Alliances Role

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers. This includes ensuring income delivery through effective execution of these partnerships in the retail segment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute strategic partnerships to achieve income delivery, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
  2. Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business with partners.
  3. Maintain the health of the business from partners and ensure timely settlements.
  4. Develop strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  5. Ensure proficient Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
  6. Effectively manage channel facets of business.
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  2. Be accountable for control function interfacing, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  3. Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
  4. Responsible for driving initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Create engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
  6. Bridge between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  1. Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in the Retail segment.
  2. Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  3. Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
