Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive requirements analysis and prepare detailed specifications.
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management standards and improve processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
